Mentoring for Life

C.O.M.M.U.T.E

Real transformation has to be achieved through taking action. This is how the Commute Plan helps us do that:

Clarity of Vision

Overcoming Fear

A New Mindset

Gaining Momentum

Understanding Yourself

Transforming Thinking

Creating Experiences

  • THINK IT

“Thought” is a word to describe what goes on in the mind. So in this programme we learn how to use thought creatively because we often innocently use thought to create anxiety through overthinking and create negative thought-loops. So we break these negative patterns with The COMMUTE plan which provides a framework and action plan to renew the mind. “Thought” is like the paintbrush with which we create our personal reality, so learning how to use use our ability to think creatively is a foundational aspect of sustainable inner peace and contentment.

  • FEEL IT

So we can use thought more creatively and make ideas come to life and be more inspired and the mind shifts gear from thinking to feeling and we begin to experience different emotions like hope which fuels excitement and motivation begins to flow into our body. We move from just having ideas in our head to planning new experiences. This is the flow of energy from invisible formless thought into visible felt experience. So now we begin to see that our moment to moment experience of life is internally generated and feelings are part of that experience. There are no good or bad feelings but they all have information about our state of mind - how cool is that?

  • LIVE IT

So now we know that our thoughts are the creative energy to make things happen, we can relax with whatever feelings we are experiencing from moment to moment because feelings are simply like a dashboard of the mind. So if we feel ‘wrong’ about an idea or a plan or a move, well we don’t go there but if we feel ‘right’ then we have a signal from our operating system that if we create from this feeling state it’s more in alignment with our deeper purpose and we can begin to plan the transition from “I wish I could” to “I know I can” and this way we change our creative relationship with the world from fear to hope from the inside out.

Make the daily grind a time to renew your mind
